Wollenhaupt Vanille and I:
In 1994, I finished my studies of food science. My diploma thesis on the topic of product development for a leading extracts producer showed me the wide range of applications for flavors.
After many years of experience in the food industry, I am happy to be a part of Gebrüder Wollenhaupt’s product development team since September 2016. My field of work is the development of new products as well as the further development of existing products from the world of vanilla.
Vanilla is a traditional, yet innovative product. I enjoy discovering the different fields of application for vanilla and to use this knowledge for the development of exciting new products.
Apart from work, my family plays an important role. On the tennis court, I can gain energy and clear my head for new challenges.
