"Around the world with vanilla"

Wollenhaupt Vanille and I:
In October 2015, I joined the vanilla team at Gebrüder Wollenhaupt, so I am the team’s newbie. Before, I imported and sold fruit from overseas and now, I find it very exciting to get to know the exotic and versatile queen of spices.

Those at Gebrüder Wollenhaupt who suffer from wanderlust can travel around the world with vanilla: Japan and New Zealand in the morning; Norway, Spain, Italy and Germany at lunchtime; the USA, Chile and Mexico in the evening… We supply our customers from all over the world and get to know different cultures. I work part-time and I am responsible for the customer service and sales assistance.

My secret vanilla recipe:
At Easter, I always serve home-made advocaat: Sweet cram, egg yolk, rum, sugar and lots of vanilla! Now, I appreciate the queen of spices even more!
