Wollenhaupt Vanille and I:
I have joined Wollenhaupt Vanilla team in October 2018. Every day here is different - just as no vanilla pod looks like the other. As diverse and unique as any vanilla pod, it is also the daily processes and challenges to bring this noble product safely from its origin to the customer. I was fascinated by the enormous variety and potential of Vanilla from the very beginning. The international environment and contact with suppliers and service providers on the one hand and our customers on the other hand are exciting and varied at the same time and allow me to use my diverse language skills every day.

My secret vanilla recipe:
Whether sweet or savoury – Vanilla in any form (ground, as a paste or classically scraped out of the pod) has become almost indispensable in our kitchen. The children love it just as much as the adults to always try out new combinations. A nice cup of hot chocolate with cream in winter can be rounded off perfectly with a little Vanilla.
